1. 처리 범위와 책임자

현재 데모에는 계정, 이메일 가입, 결제 수단 입력, 분석 추적 도구가 없습니다. 개인정보 담당 운영자명은 데모용 Seoulmate Demo Studio이며 관리자 이메일은 roy@seulmat.xyz입니다.

이 정책은 현재 앱의 동작을 설명합니다. 실제 운영 전에는 책임자, 연락처, 호스팅·메일·AI 수탁자와 대상 국가를 확정해야 합니다.

1. Scope and responsibility

The demo has no accounts, email signup, payment-detail fields or analytics trackers. Seoulmate Demo Studio is a demo operator name. The administrator contact is roy@seulmat.xyz.

This policy describes the current app. A launch requires verified contacts, hosting, email and AI processors, and countries of processing.

2. 처리 항목과 목적

일정 생성 요청에는 도시, 시작일, 기간, 인원, 예산, 관심사, 여행 속도, 작성 언어와 추가 요청이 포함됩니다. 서버는 요청을 처리하여 일정을 반환하며 여행 데이터베이스에 저장하지 않습니다.

AI 요청 시 접속 IP와 요청 횟수를 메모리에 보관하여 남용을 제한합니다. 그 밖에 웹 연결 과정에서 서버가 접속 IP와 HTTP 요청 정보를 일시적으로 받습니다. 앱은 요청 본문을 파일 로그로 기록하지 않습니다.

2. Data and purposes

Requests include cities, date, duration, party size, budget, interests, pace, language and optional notes. The server returns a plan without writing it to a trip database.

For AI requests, IP addresses and request counts are kept temporarily in memory to limit abuse. HTTP connections also expose connection and request details to the server. The app does not write request bodies to log files.

3. 브라우저 저장과 보유 기간

명시적으로 저장한 일정은 seoulmate-trips 키로 최대 12개, 언어 선택은 seoulmate-language 키로 브라우저 localStorage에 저장합니다. 사용자가 삭제하거나 브라우저 데이터를 지울 때까지 남으며 서버에 동기화하지 않습니다.

일정 요청·응답은 처리 중 메모리에서 사용하며 별도 영구 저장하지 않습니다. AI 남용 제한용 IP 기록은 최대 약 61분 내 제거하거나 서버 종료 시 사라집니다. 내보낸 파일과 인쇄본은 사용자가 직접 관리합니다.

3. Local storage and retention

Up to 12 explicitly saved trips use the seoulmate-trips localStorage key. Language preference uses seoulmate-language. They remain until you delete them or clear browser data and are not synchronised to a server.

Requests and responses are processed in memory without permanent storage. AI rate-limit IP records are removed within approximately 61 minutes or on server shutdown. You manage exported files and printouts yourself.

4. 외부 제공과 국외 처리

기본 예시 모드에서는 여행 조건을 외부 AI로 보내지 않습니다. 운영자가 Claude API를 연결한 경우 여행 조건과 추가 요청 및 생성 결과가 Anthropic PBC에 처리 위탁됩니다. 연락처나 여권 정보를 입력하지 마세요.

Anthropic 안내상 저장은 미국에서 이루어지며 기본 추론 처리는 미국·유럽·아시아·호주의 일부 국가로 라우팅될 수 있습니다. 실제 운영에는 계약 및 세부 처리 국가 확인과 적법한 국외 이전 절차가 필요합니다. 현재 문서는 그 절차를 대신하는 동의서가 아닙니다.

API 입력·출력은 통상 30일 이내 삭제되지만 법적 의무, 안전·정책 위반 조사 또는 별도 계약 등에 따라 더 오래 보유할 수 있습니다. Anthropic 보유 정책과 처리 위치 안내를 확인하세요.

4. External and overseas processing

Example mode sends no travel preferences to external AI. If the operator connects the Claude API, preferences, notes and generated content are processed by Anthropic PBC. Do not include passports or contact details.

Anthropic states that storage is in the US and default inference may route through selected countries in the US, Europe, Asia and Australia. A commercial launch needs verified contractual locations and a lawful transfer procedure. This demo policy is not a substitute for transfer consent.

API inputs and outputs are normally deleted within 30 days, with exceptions for legal duties, safety or policy investigations and contractual arrangements. See Anthropic retention and processing locations.

5. 외부 링크와 콘텐츠

외부 지도·관광 안내·사진 출처 링크를 직접 누르면 해당 사이트가 접속 정보를 처리할 수 있으며 그 사이트의 정책이 적용됩니다. 사진은 앱 서버에서 제공하고 외부 글꼴·광고·분석 스크립트를 자동으로 불러오지 않습니다.

공개 데모는 Vercel Inc.에서 HTTPS로 호스팅합니다. Vercel은 콘텐츠 전달, 보안 및 장애 확인을 위해 접속 IP, 요청 경로, 응답 상태와 기술 로그를 처리할 수 있습니다. 앱은 여행 요청 본문을 로그로 출력하지 않습니다. 제공업체의 보유·처리 기준은 Vercel 개인정보 안내를 확인하세요. 도메인 DNS는 Cloudflare에서 관리합니다. 문의 메일은 사용자의 메일 앱에서 전송하며, 앱은 메일 본문을 수집하지 않습니다.

5. Links and content

Following map, tourism or photo-credit links lets those sites process connection information under their own policies. Photos are served by this app; external fonts, advertising and analytics scripts are not automatically loaded.

The public demo is hosted over HTTPS by Vercel Inc. Vercel may process connection IPs, request paths, response statuses and technical logs for delivery, security and troubleshooting. The app does not log travel request bodies. See the Vercel privacy notice for provider processing and retention. Domain DNS is managed by Cloudflare. Contact emails are sent using your email application; this app does not collect email contents.

6. 이용자의 권리와 삭제

내 여행에서 개별 일정을 삭제할 수 있습니다. 브라우저의 사이트 데이터 삭제 기능으로 일정과 언어 설정을 모두 제거할 수 있습니다. 별도의 서버 계정이나 일정 데이터베이스는 없습니다.

개인정보 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지·동의 철회 관련 요청은 관리자 이메일로 문의할 수 있습니다. 현재 앱의 저장 일정은 사용자의 브라우저에만 보관되므로 먼저 내 여행 또는 사이트 데이터 삭제 기능을 이용해 주세요. 실서비스 전환 시 본인 확인과 권리 행사 처리 절차를 확정합니다.

6. Your rights and deletion

Delete individual trips from My trips. Clear this site’s browser data to remove all trips and language preferences. There is no separate server account or trip database.

Questions about access, correction, deletion, restriction or consent withdrawal can be sent to the administrator email. Saved trips currently remain only in your browser, so use My trips or clear site data first. Identity verification and formal rights procedures must be finalised for commercial operation.

7. 보호 조치와 입력 제한

API 키는 서버에 두고 브라우저로 전송하지 않습니다. 입력 길이·유효성 검사, 동일 출처 제한, 출력 HTML 이스케이프 및 요청 한도로 위험을 줄입니다. 공개 데모는 Vercel의 HTTPS를 사용합니다. 실제 운영 전에는 운영 로그와 접근권한 관리 절차를 확정해야 합니다.

서비스는 만 14세 미만의 개인정보나 민감정보를 의도적으로 수집하는 기능을 제공하지 않습니다. 자유 입력에는 신원 확인이나 건강 상태 등 불필요한 개인정보를 넣지 마세요.

7. Safeguards and input limits

API keys stay on the server. Input validation, length limits, same-origin checks, escaped output and quotas reduce risks. The public demo uses HTTPS on Vercel. Logging and access-management procedures must be finalised before commercial operation.

The app has no feature designed to collect data from children under 14 or sensitive information. Avoid unnecessary identity or health information in free-text notes.

8. 변경과 실제 운영 전 확인

정책의 처리 항목·목적·보유 기간·수탁자·국외 이전이 바뀌면 내용을 갱신하고 필요한 고지·동의를 진행합니다. 중요한 변경은 시행 전에 안내합니다.

현재는 가상 운영자와 무료 시연 환경을 설명하는 문서입니다. 실제 개인정보처리자의 고지 의무를 완료한 문서로 사용할 수 없습니다.

8. Changes and launch requirements

Changes to processing, retention, processors or transfers require updated notices and any necessary consent. Material changes will be announced before taking effect.

This policy describes a fictional operator and free demonstration. It is not a completed privacy notice for an actual commercial operator.
