1. 적용 범위와 운영자
이 약관은 Seoulmate 한국 여행 일정 작성 도구의 무료 데모 이용에 적용됩니다. 데모 운영자는 Seoulmate Demo Studio(가상 상호)이며, 가상 주소는 서울특별시 중구 예시로 1, 101호입니다. 관리자 이메일은 roy@seulmat.xyz입니다.
유료 서비스, 계정 가입, 예약 대행은 현재 제공하지 않습니다. 실제 운영 시 운영자 신원과 연락처 및 거래 조건을 확정하여 별도로 고지해야 합니다.
1. Scope and operator
These terms cover the free Seoulmate Korea itinerary demo. Seoulmate Demo Studio is a fictional operator, with a fictional address at 1 Yesi-ro, Jung-gu, Seoul, Suite 101. The administrator email is roy@seulmat.xyz.
Paid services, accounts and booking services are not currently offered. A commercial launch requires verified operator and transaction information.
2. 이용 시작과 이용 자격
회원가입 없이 여행 일정 예시를 생성하고 수정할 수 있습니다. 이용 전에 약관과 개인정보 처리방침을 확인해 주세요. 유료 계약이나 법정대리인 동의가 필요한 서비스를 도입하면 별도의 가입·동의 절차를 마련합니다.
다른 사람의 개인정보를 동의 없이 입력하거나, 여권번호·결제 정보·정확한 거주지·건강 정보 등 여행 일정 작성에 불필요한 민감한 내용을 입력하지 마세요.
2. Starting and eligibility
You may create and edit examples without an account. Review these terms and the privacy policy before use. Services requiring parental consent or paid contracts will need a separate consent process.
Do not enter another person’s information without permission. Leave out passport numbers, payment details, precise home addresses and sensitive health information.
3. 제공 기능과 서비스 범위
지원 도시는 서울·부산·제주·경주이며, 여행 기간은 1~14일입니다. 준비된 장소 목록 기반 예시 일정, 날짜별 편집, 브라우저 저장, Markdown 내보내기와 브라우저 인쇄를 통한 PDF 저장을 제공합니다.
외부 AI가 연결된 경우에만 AI 일정 생성이 제공되며 입력 전·출력 화면에 이를 구분해 표시합니다. 예시 모드는 AI를 호출하지 않으며 자유 입력 요청을 해석하지 않습니다.
3. Available features
The planner covers Seoul, Busan, Jeju and Gyeongju for trips of 1–14 days. It provides catalogue-based examples, editing, local browser storage, Markdown export and PDF through browser printing.
AI planning is available only when an external AI connection is active, and is labelled before use and in results. Example mode does not call AI or interpret free-text requests.
4. 여행 정보의 확인
생성한 일정은 여행 계획용 초안입니다. 장소 운영일, 입장료, 교통, 예약 가능 여부와 안전 상황을 실시간으로 보장하지 않습니다. 위치 개요는 길 안내 경로가 아니며 예산은 추정 범위입니다.
이 서비스는 여행사, 숙박·교통 판매자 또는 예약 중개 서비스가 아닙니다. 예약 및 계약은 해당 제공자와 직접 체결하며, 외부 링크의 조건은 제공자 안내를 확인해 주세요.
4. Verify travel details
Itineraries are planning drafts. Opening days, prices, transport, bookings and safety conditions are not guaranteed in real time. Location sketches are not navigation routes, and budgets are illustrative.
Seoulmate does not sell, arrange or broker travel bookings. Book directly with providers and review their terms when following external links.
5. 이용자의 콘텐츠와 권리
이용자가 작성한 메모와 입력 내용에 대한 기존 권리는 이용자에게 남습니다. 서비스는 요청한 일정 생성과 표시 등 필요한 범위에서 입력을 처리하며 광고나 공개 게시에 사용하지 않습니다.
AI 결과의 정확성, 독점성 또는 제3자의 권리를 침해하지 않는다는 보장을 하지 않습니다. 공개·상업적 사용 전 필요한 권리와 사실을 확인하세요. 사진과 외부 관광 자료의 권리는 각 권리자에게 있습니다.
5. Content and rights
Your existing rights in your notes and inputs remain yours. Inputs are processed to fulfil itinerary requests, not to publish them or target advertisements.
AI output is not guaranteed to be accurate, exclusive or free from third-party rights. Check facts and rights before publication or commercial use. Photo and tourism material rights remain with their owners.
6. 금지 행위와 이용 제한
불법 행위를 돕는 요청, 타인의 사생활 침해, 차별·괴롭힘, 악성 코드 전송, 무단 접근, 서비스 과부하 또는 API 한도 우회는 허용되지 않습니다.
위반 요청은 거부하거나 이용을 제한할 수 있습니다. 제한 사유를 알릴 수 있는 경우 설명하며, 법령상 허용되는 범위에서 이의 제기를 검토합니다.
6. Prohibited use
Do not request help with illegal acts, invade privacy, harass or discriminate, send malware, access the system without permission, overload it or bypass API limits.
Requests may be refused or access limited for violations. Where possible, reasons will be explained and objections reviewed within applicable law.
7. 저장, 내보내기와 서비스 변경
저장한 일정은 현재 기기의 브라우저에 보관됩니다. 브라우저 데이터 삭제, 기기 변경 또는 저장 공간 제한으로 사라질 수 있으므로 필요한 일정은 파일로 내보내세요.
점검, 외부 API 장애와 보안 대응으로 일부 기능이 일시 중단될 수 있습니다. 중요한 기능 또는 조건을 변경할 때는 화면에서 사전 안내하며, 긴급한 보안 사유에는 사후 안내할 수 있습니다.
7. Storage and service changes
Saved trips stay in this browser on this device. Clearing browser data, switching devices or storage limits can remove them. Export important plans.
Maintenance, API outages and security incidents may interrupt features. Material changes will be announced in advance where possible, with later notice for urgent security changes.
8. 요금과 결제
현재 모든 사용은 무료입니다. 요금제 페이지의 Plus·Pro 가격과 한도는 제안 사항이며, 데모 결제는 실제 승인·청구·자동 갱신·유료 권한 부여를 발생시키지 않습니다.
실제 판매를 시작하면 최종 가격, 세금, 이용 기간, 갱신 방식, 해지 방법 및 환불 조건을 결제 전에 명확히 안내하고 동의를 받습니다.
8. Pricing and payment
Current use is free. Plus and Pro prices and limits are proposals. Demo checkout creates no payment, renewal or paid entitlement.
Before actual sales, final prices, taxes, access periods, renewals, cancellation methods and refund conditions must be clearly presented and accepted.
9. 책임과 분쟁 해결
법령이 허용하는 범위에서 실제 서비스 범위와 이용자의 정보 확인 의무를 고려하여 책임을 판단합니다. 운영자의 고의 또는 중대한 과실 및 법령상 배제할 수 없는 책임을 면제하지 않습니다.
분쟁은 우선 사실 확인과 협의로 해결하며, 소비자에게 적용되는 강행 규정과 법정 관할을 존중합니다. 이 약관은 이용자에게 보장된 법적 권리를 제한하지 않습니다.
9. Liability and disputes
Responsibility will be assessed within applicable law, considering the service scope and the need to verify travel information. Liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence or non-excludable legal duties is not waived.
Disputes should first be addressed through fact-finding and discussion. Mandatory consumer rights and lawful jurisdiction remain applicable.
10. 약관 변경
이용자에게 불리한 중요 변경은 원칙적으로 30일 전에, 그 밖의 변경은 7일 전에 시행일과 내용을 안내합니다. 별도 동의가 필요한 변경은 동의를 받으며 소급하여 권리를 제한하지 않습니다.
현재 문서는 시연용 정책입니다. 실서비스에서 제공 범위·대상 국가·결제 구조가 바뀌면 약관과 관련 고지를 함께 갱신해야 합니다.
10. Updates
Material adverse changes are normally announced 30 days ahead, and other changes 7 days ahead, with their effective date. Changes requiring separate consent will obtain it and will not retroactively restrict rights.
This is a demo policy. Changes to countries served, features or payment structure require corresponding policy updates.
